Montana is divided, geographically, into four areas. See below for detailed County Seats

1. Select an area on the Map below. Clicking in a region will bring up a list of members in that area of the State. 

2. Under each company listing you will see symbols denoting what services that company offers and which Underwriter they use. A key for "Services" and "Underwriter" symbols can be accessed by clicking on the "Symbols/Underwriters" key. Click here for a LIST of Underwriters!

2012 DUES

ARTICLE V - BYLAWS OF THE MONTANA LAND TITLE ASSOCIATION

DUES: ABSTRACT COMPANIES AND TITLE INSURANCE AGENTS
Dues shall be based upon population according to the latest available United States census (click to view). Members shall pay dues for each Certificate of Membership held according to the following schedule:

2012 DUES  
Counties with 3,000 or less population shall pay: $110.00
More than 3,000 but less than 10,000 population shall pay: $165.00
More than 10,000 but less than 25,000 population shall pay:

$220.00
25,000 or more population shall pay: $275.00
(b) TITLE INSURERS (Underwriters):
 $330.00
(c) ASSOCIATE MEMBERS: $110.00
(d) MEMBERS EMERITUS: $25.00

3) Any edits from their listing in the 2011 MLTA Directory
Dues for the Montana Land Title Association must be sent to the Executive Director of this Association.
Dues for the American Land Title Association shall be payable directly to the said American Land Title Association.
“Contributions or gifts to MLTA are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for income tax purposes. However, they may be tax deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses subject to restrictions imposed as a result of association lobbying activities. MLTA estimates that the nondeductible portion of your dues - the portion which is allocable to lobbying - is 20%.
